Adding those to my wish list! When you talk about great music books, the best and greatest is Jon Savage England's Dreaming all about Punk. The Last Party by John Harris on Britpop is very cool too. But the ultimate and most comprehensive read you'll ever have would be Bass Culture by Lloyd Bradley which traces the history of Jamaican music through all the politics and the shootings and the legends...breathtaking stuff.
