If that was the case, the 'fundamental' question, then Australia would be back with the Aboriginals, NZ with the Maoris, Taiwan with China, several European countries back to their original rulers...it could go on all day if this was the question. Where does that end? Do you return Palestine back to the Jordanians? Republic of Ireland back to the Irish? Cyprus Greece back to the Greeks?
