If you thought last year's Marks and Spencer ad was charming and you have a thing for plumb fairies who sound like Dawn French, then have I got an ad for you!
French’s turn as the little fairy-that-can is back alongside a new companion, Duckie, voiced by Jennifer Saunders. It’s almost an exact repeat of last year's Christmas ad from M&S. But who can recall last year in detail bar the delicious fairy?
I wasn’t a big fan of that ad and creating a sequel does even less for me. Fortunately, I don’t live in the UK and won’t be subjected to repeat viewings. At least Percy Pig (Tom Holland) had a little charm and innocence about him. But the pig has been roasted this year and made into a blanket.
