Google Presents Heroes of Small Business
A short series of animations kick off Google's latest enterprise: smallbusiness.withgoogle.com. This series of three is visually stunning. Animator and designer Karin Fong, who has previously worked on the title designs for a whole slew of projects, most notably Spiderman: No Way Home, has crafted an incredible hero’s journey.
The three businesses highlighted all come with their own set of videos about the business owners and their enterprise. But it’s the animation that’s the real draw card. Action-packed and teeming with enough kapow to floor the most evil of villains, the artwork is incredible.
One video short reads:
“Society Nine founder Lynn Le has never been one to back down from a challenge. Now, she fights to empower every woman in her corner.”
She then proceeds to kick ass and destroy her inner demons all the while paving success for her small business. There are trials and tribulations on the way for all our heroes. The small business owners have to deal with crap like “archaic bureaucracy, shadowy naysayers, and endless curveballs”. Nobody should be ill-prepared in the face of adversity such as that!
