Jo is a personality who has a relative high profile. It was certainly poor taste.

As for the other woman, she really is a victim here possibly from lack of training in PR. She was a communications exec, so she should have known better. Of course, private racist jokes aren't appropriate either! It's a fine line.

Public opinion is what will eventually bring everyone down including TBI.
