Had to do all the studies (same process) but its all free in NZ...just waiting times. And then teh machine is free of charge and they monitor you via the app to see if its effective (and that you're using it). You can come in any time to get it refitted or a different mask. After 6 months, you keep the machine (and no longer monitored by the hospital). Yep...Healthcare in NZ is certainly better than most of the world.
