I think there was a lack of outrage simply because this is such a niche program. The casual viewer would never make it to season 2 and teh die-hard fans get the jokes and the self-awareness.

Still, quite bizarre to delete content on the grounds of offense when you have Ricky Gervais and Dave Chappelle dishing out offense.
