Not really much difference with glorifying your title. There are a whole number of CEOs on Linkedin who are simply one-person operations. Or the Onboarding Executive for Exclusive Clients who has 3 low paying clients and recruits one person a year. If a person is shallow enough to want to have sex with somebody simply because off their job title, then it's never a good basis for a relationship. Both are lying.
