Of course they exist and its often not too hard to spot. It's more than just stares. Its off-hand comments. Its derogatory language. It's non-invites to meetings. It's mispronounciation of your name. Its being cc'd in an email about certain people not living up to the company values (although thats more passive aggressive!)
