So...I have a full time job and writing is my side hustle. I share on Twitter, the odd FB post on an ACTIVE Medium community group and Linkedin.
I began on LI building an audience until my work decided it was too edgy and I shouldn't be doing that shit on a corporate platform. I changed my identity and set up a company page instead under The Bad Influence. With almost 7000 followers, friendlinks garner anything from 10-50 extra views.
From there we started TBI on Medium which now has 4800 followers and doing pretty well. We have a seperate Twitter account that is set on auto for the top stories in the month.
Back to me. I don't get much interest from Twitter, (links to stories get maybe 5 views), but socially its great for Medium authors. When a larger pub tweets, that tends to work...or a viral story generates a lot of views from Twitter.
