That is quite something. Well everything. The encounter AND the clean up. I stand by my need not to say thanks, but she was rude and I think you handled it well. People when confronted are usually to shock to act but over-reacting in a negative manner would do nobody any good.

Then again...she's exercising some power. She's taken a stand against the percieved injustices. We don't know her story or what led to that moment and she may have been triggered faced with someone who looked similar to you.

Understanding and empathy, still doesn't really excuse her actions.
