The Christmas Party
Tesco
It’s a great idea. What better way to take the mickey out of the UK political system than creating a Christmas Party? Get it? It’s a Christmas party and a political Christmas party? lol…so funny. What jokers they are at Tesco’s! Can you imagine the fruity guffawing that must occur around their water cooler?
All jokes aside, this is a very clever script with Tesco’s laying out their manifesto. It’s unapologetically upbeat, cutting a swathe through the misery of our times.
“We understand that it is a tough time at the moment with everyone’s finances under pressure, but we also know that people are looking forward to Christmas — in fact, our research shows that there is even more excitement around it than usual. This is why we decided to officially stand up for joy this Christmas.” Alessandra Bellini, chief customer officer at Tesco. Source Creative Review
