The missus used to wake me up fearing I was about to die. It plays havoc on your heart (straining). I used to nod off during meetings sometimes in mid conversation! Not a great look. Better now after getting a machine. Falling asleep was easy...staying asleep...not good. I now average 5 hours continous. Hope it works out for you Joe...its a nightmare being tired all the time.
