The thing is...if you're doing well on Medium...making money, its mostly because you've spent more time on your story and less time on Medium, procrastinating...sorry...engaging.

The goal is to spend more time writing. Creating. Researching. Editing.

If you're doing well on Medium then you should be publishing less articles.
