There's a great book called Troll Hunting by Ginger Gorman. She contacts and gets close to one notorious troll. What surprised me were the people trolling relatives of the recently deceased via tribute FB pages. Humanity at its worse. Comments are nothing compared to the harm they cause IRL when they start to spread viscious rumors about people and their professions (ie teachers in school).
