We already have a rain maker (thanks China) and the ability to create snow. It’s only a matter of time before somebody puts 2 and 2 together to start re-freezing the planet. Seems so obvious. I mean, there is ALWAYS the same amount of fresh water on the planet no matter what the condition of the planet (i think it’s 30% underground and 68% in glaciers). The point is, it never actually goes anywhere. So why not freeze it?
