Well...this is utter bollocks. If it can be done in Australia and NZ, then there's no reason why it can't be done in the US. That's what laws are for. Unfortunately, there's too much money behind the gun lobby for people wanting to pursue that agenda. But it can be done. And we're only talking about assault rifles. Weapons that shouldn't sit in households or ever need to be used.
