Went to the local library last night with the kids. They had a ‘Build Your Own Robot’ night using cardboard boxes and other bits and pieces to glue and fix on. Helping them and building my own bot made me very happy.

Went to see a play today “Princess, Frog and the Robber”. Kids story. Shout-along and cheer for the good guy. Seeing the joy on my 4 year old’s face made me very happy.

Had time to write two more stories. Being in that moment and writing made me happy.

There’s so much during the day that i’m happy about. I’m rarely grim and day with life.
